摘  要:针对燃煤电厂脱硫废水处理难度大、处理费用高的问题,对电石渣-碳酸钠法替代传统石灰-碳酸钠法预处理脱硫废水的可行性与经济性进行了研究.通过加药试验确定了电石渣预处理脱硫废水的最佳反应条件,并分析了反应液中固体颗粒的沉降特性.试验结果表明:电石渣-碳酸钠法对Ca^2+、Mg^2+去除率可达99%;反应液中固体颗粒平均粒径为25.4μm,与石灰-碳酸钠法相比提高了10μm;固体悬浮物沉降速率提高了3倍.电石渣-碳酸钠法与传统方法的处理效果相当,且直接处理成本降低15.7%,澄清池占地面积减少40%.In view of the difficulty and high cost of desulfurization wastewater treatment in coal-fired power plants,the feasibility and economy of replacing traditional lime-sodium carbonate process with calcium carbide slag-sodium carbonate process for pretreatment of desulfurization wastewater are studied in this paper.The optimum reaction conditions of calcium carbide slag pretreatment desulfurization wastewater are determined by dosing test.The results show that the calcium carbide slag-sodium carbonate method can remove Ca2^+and Mg^2+up to 99%.The average particle size of solid particles in the reaction solution is 25.4μm,which is 10μm higher than that of the lime-sodium carbonate method.The settling rate of suspended solids increases by three times.The calcium carbide slag-sodium carbonate method has the same effect as the traditional method,and the direct treatment cost is reduced by 15.7%,and the area of clarification tank is reduced by 40%.
