摘　　要：介绍了制备碲的主要方法及应用情况,重点介绍了旋流电积技术的研究进展及应用。旋流电积技术主要应用在铜电解液净化除杂、污酸处理及金属材料制备等方面,在制备碲的工艺方面应用较少。大冶有色金属有限责任公司冶炼厂进行了旋流电积技术制备碲的工业化试验,试验证明:相比传统电积技术,旋流电积技术实现了电解液的高速循环流动,消除了浓差极化的影响。该技术工艺操作简单,生产成本低且可循环使用,大大提高了生产效率,使生产1 t碲的成本下降11425元。Main methods and application of tellurium preparation are introduced,and research progress and application of cyclone electrowinning technology are emphasized.Cyclone electrowinning technology was mainly used in copper electrolyte purification and impurity removal,waste acid treatment,and metal material preparation with less application in tellurium preparation process.Smelter of Daye Nonferrous Metals Co.,Ltd.carried out industrial test of tellurium preparation by cyclone electrowinning technology.The test proved that compared with traditional electrowinning technology,cyclone electrowinning technology realized high-speed circulating flow of electrolyte and eliminated effects of concentration polarization.The technology had the characteristics of simple process operation,low production cost and electrolyte recycle,which greatly improved production efficiency and reduced tellurium production cost by 11 425 yuan/t.
