摘　　要：介绍了威顿(中国)达州化工有限责任公司800 kt/a和400 kt/a 2套硫磺制酸装置情况。通过在干燥酸循环泵、HRS酸循环泵、精硫泵及透平风机等重要动设备设置安全系统,采取开车主动安全预防措施,确保硫酸装置安全平稳开车,对企业安全稳定生产起到积极作用。The situation of 800 kt/a and 400 kt/a two sets of sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plants in Wylton(China)Dazhou Chemical Co.,Ltd.are introduced.Through setting up safety system in important dynamic equipment such as dry acid circulating pump,HRS acid circulating pump,refined sulphur pump and turbine fan,taking active safety precautions to ensure the safe and stable start-up of sulphuric acid plant,which plays a positive role in the safe and stable production of the enterprise.
