摘　　要：介绍了应用于国内冶炼行业的离子液法、双氧水法及钠碱法脱硫技术的原理、工艺流程及工艺特点。通过工艺流程、脱硫副产物、脱硫效率、处理烟气浓度、脱硫剂来源及运行成本等方面的分析比较,提出生产企业应结合自身生产实际和各种脱硫技术的优缺点,因地制宜并有预见性地选择脱硫技术,实现环集烟气与制酸尾气的经济治理。The principle,process flow and process characteristics of ionic liquid,hydrogen peroxide and sodium alkali desulfurization technology applied in domestic smelting industry are introduced.Through the analysis and comparison of process flow,by-products of desulfurization,desulfurization efficiency,flue gas concentration,source of desulfurizer and operation cost,it is proposed that the production enterprise should select desulfurization technology according to local conditions and foresee in combination with its own production practice and advantages and disadvantages of various desulfurization technologies,so as to realize the economic treatment of flue gas and off-gas from acid production.
