摘　　要：近年来越来越多的企业因为自重较轻且价格相对便宜,而将塑料围板箱作为循环包装容器,但却对于市场上多种类型的塑料围板箱了解有限造成识别和选择上的困惑。通过对市场上常见的塑料围板箱进行工艺分析和空箱抗压及叉举测试,总结了塑料围板箱底托盘是影响性能差异的主要原因之一。测试数据有助于选择塑料围板箱之前匹配与需求更为接近的类型,降低使用后因不合适的选用而引起的坍塌和变形等风险。Base on the packaging tare and cost, the logistic company give priority to the plastic sleeve packaging if choose the reusable packaging. but the issue is which kind of(blow molding, thermoforming, compression molding etc.) sleeve packaging is the most suitable. through the compression test and forklifting test, we found the bottom pallet is the sleeve packaging different result one of the main reasons. These test data are conducive to reduce the risk before use.
