摘　　要：目的:保证特殊药品严格管理的同时保障特殊药品合理使用。方法:通过研发和实施特殊药品电子处方、麻醉药品智能管理系统、基于条形码的特殊药品追溯查询系统、疼痛评估管理模块、开具哌替啶医嘱时弹窗提示和阿片类药物使用动态分析模块等信息化手段来促进特殊药品管理和使用质量的持续改进。结果与结论:基于医院信息系统的特殊药品管理和使用质量持续改进模式对提高特殊药品管理效率和质量、促进特殊药品准确和合理使用可以起到积极的推动作用。Objective: To ensure both the strict management and the rational use of special drugs.Methods: Information tools such as drug electronic prescription, intelligent management system of narcotic drugs, tracing system for special drugs were developed and implemented based on bar code, pain assessment management module, pethidine prescription with popup window tips and the dynamic analysis module of opioid use to promote sustainable quality improvement of the management and use of special drugs.Results & Conclusion: The sustainable quality improvement of the management and use of special drugs based on hospital information system can improve the efficiency and quality of special drug management and promote their accurate and rational use.
