摘  要:气体绝缘输电线路(GIL)中气体与固体绝缘材料的相容性表现为:两种材料长期接触后导致的绝缘性能变化以及气体成分和固体材料的改变。作为目前有潜力替代SF6的环保绝缘气体,C3F7CN/CO2混合气体与GIL内使用的环氧树脂材料之间的相容性亟待研究,因相容性不良可能引发设备的绝缘故障。该文提出C3F7CN/CO2气体与环氧树脂相容性的评价方法,搭建气固相容性试验平台,在不同温度下进行C3F7CN/CO2与环氧树脂的热加速试验,并设置惰性气体He和SF6作为对照试验组。比较试验前后环氧树脂的介质损耗、沿面闪络电压、表面形貌与气体成分,发现不同试验组中的环氧树脂沿面绝缘性能均未下降;仅当试验温度为160℃时,C3F7CN/CO2中检测出少量的C3F6和C3F7CN三聚体,推测此条件下环氧树脂与C3F7CN发生了化学反应,但并未对环氧树脂的绝缘性能产生影响。试验结果表明,在GIL正常运行条件下,C3F7CN/CO2与环氧树脂具有较好相容性,与SF6与环氧树脂的相容性相当。The compatibility between gas and solid insulating materials in gas insulated transmission lines(GIL)is defined as follows:the changes of insulation performance caused by longterm contact between the two materials and the changes of gas composition and solid material.As an environmental-friendly insulating gas with potentiality to replace SF6,the compatibility between C3F7CN/CO2 and epoxy resin used in GIL needs to be studied urgently to avoid insulation failure of equipment.The authors proposed the method for evaluating the compatibility and set up a gas-solid compatibility test platform in this paper.Thermal acceleration tests of C3F7CN/CO2 and epoxy resin are carried out at different temperatures.Also,the control groups of SF6 and He gas were set to distinguish the influence of temperature.Dielectric loss,surface flashover voltages,surface morphology of epoxy resin and gas composition before and after the tests were compared.A small amount of C3F6 and trimer of C3F7CN were found after testing at 160℃and the surface insulation properties of epoxy resins did not deteriorate.Tests results shows the compatibility between C3F7CN/CO2 and epoxy resin is as good as the compatibility between SF6 and epoxy resin under normal operation of GIL.
