摘　　要：我国在“一带一路”国家的对外投资行为和社会责任履行情况是国际关注的重点,但由于政策框架、标准体系不健全等因素,企业对外绿色投资仍存在一些问题,而且在地缘政治、投资回报、法律意识、宗教文化差异等方面面临风险。在此背景下,山东各级政府和企业组织需高度重视绿色投资风险,严格遵守绿色投资原则,形成产业转型升级与“一带一路”投资良性互动。China's overseas investment behavior and social responsibility performance in the countries along the"Belt and Road"are the focus of international communities.However,owing to the factors such as the imperfect policy framework and standard system,corporations still face some problems in green investment abroad.And they confront with risks in geopolitics,investment returns,legal consciousness,religious and cultural differences.Based on this,governments at all levels in Shandong and enterprises or organizations need to attach great importance to the risks of green investment,strictly abide by the principles of green investment and form a positive interaction between industrial transformation and upgrading and the"Belt and Road"investment.
