摘　　要：研究目标:对我国“互联网+政务服务”在家庭创业决策方面的效应进行分析。研究方法:在理论分析的基础上,将地区层面和家庭层面的数据进行匹配,使用Probit模型进行计量回归分析。研究发现:地区政务信息化水平的提升能够通过管制减缓效应、去“关系”效应以及时空压缩效应推动当地家庭进行创业,且这一关系更显著地体现在户主年龄较低、规模较小、收入较低的家庭以及失业率较高的地区。研究创新:为我国“互联网+政务服务”的经济效应提供了微观证据;将制度与技术相结合,拓展了我国家庭创业影响因素的研究。研究价值:对我国如何进一步推进“互联网+政务服务”以及如何更加有效地推动“大众创业”具有一定的启示意义和参考价值。Research Objectives:This paper analyzes the effects of“Internet Plus Government Services Initiative”on family entrepreneurship decision-making in China.Research Methods:On the basis of theoretical analysis,we match the data of regional level and family level,and use Probit model for quantitative regression analysis.Research Findings:It is found that the improvement of the level of regional government affairs informatization can promote local families to start businesses through the effects of management slowdown,de-“guanxi”and time-space compression,and this relationship is more significantly reflected in families with lower householder age,smaller scale,lower income and regions with higher unemployment rate.Research Innovations:This paper provides microscopic evidence for the economic effect of“Internet Plus Government Services Initiative”in China,and expands the research on the influencing factors of family entrepreneurship by combining institution and technology.Research Value:The paper has certain enlightenment significance and reference value for our country to how to further promote“Internet Plus Government Services Initiative”and effectively promote widespread entrepreneurship.
