摘  要:基于降低交易成本支出,提高零售电商产品服务质量的根本目的,有必要引入第三方认证监管机制。文章首先分析了零售电商产品服务运营现状及监管困境,分析了第三方认证监管的形成与作用机理,并从建立利益独立的第三方认证监管机构、利用大数据及时提高监管精度、推动电商多元共治格局的形成以及推进电商质量信用体系的构建四个方面来论述零售电商产品服务质量第三方认证监管的完善策略。Based on the fundamental purpose of reducing transaction costs and improving the quality of retail e-commerce products and services,it is necessary to introduce a third-party certification supervision mechanism.The article first analyzes the current status and regulatory dilemma of retail e-commerce product and service operations,analyzes the formation and function mechanism of third-party certification supervision,and establishes independent third-party certification supervision institutions that benefit from the use of big data to improve the accuracy of supervision and promote e-commerce The formation of a pluralistic co-governance pattern and the promotion of the establishment of an e-commerce quality credit system are four aspects to discuss the comprehensive strategies for third-party certification and supervision of retail e-commerce product service quality.
