摘 要:BIM技术系统所具有的可视化和可交互性特点,使得管理信息能够在系统当中得到充分地仿真模拟,为管理和执行提供技术性的数据仿真支持,在目前建筑行业乃至其他施工管理行业中应用普遍。对于BIM系统进行有序、针对性开发,能够有效提高企业管理在内容管控、成本、效率控制方面价值,作用优势明显。本文将从企业施工角度入手,对施工材料的现实管理难点进行理论论述。同时,以BIM技术的可视化管理特性为出发点,设计应用于施工材料管理层面的信息化系统。系统将从多层级模型入手,创建数据、交互、管理系统化管理逻辑,充分发挥BIM系统信息化管控优势,解决企业在施工材料管理方面的现实问题。The visual and interactive features of BIM technology system enable management information to be fully simulated and simulated in the system,providing technical data simulation support for management and execution,and applied in the current construction industry and other construction management industries.universal.The orderly and targeted development of the BIM system can effectively improve the value of enterprise management in content management,cost,and efficiency control,and has obvious advantages.This paper will start from the perspective of enterprise construction and discuss the practical management difficulties of construction materials.At the same time,based on the visual management characteristics of BIM technology,the information system applied to the construction material management level is designed.The system will start with a multi-level model,create data,interaction,and manage systematic management logic,give full play to the advantages of BIM system information management and control,and solve the practical problems of enterprise construction materials management.
