摘  要:农村建设用地整理是中国农村土地整理的重要内容之一。本研究以昆明空港经济区为例,采用人均农村居民点建设用地标准法、多因素综合评价法,通过构建包括社会、经济、土地利用条件等因素的限制性修正系数,计算昆明空港经济区农村建设用地整理理论潜力。研究结果表明:昆明空港经济区农村居民点较多,农村人均建设用地面积为385.87 m^2,超过国家标准(150 m^2/人)很多,整理的潜力较大;昆明空港经济区农村建设用地整理理论潜力为382.22 hm^2,其中西冲社区理论潜力最大,规模为71.06 hm^2,大板桥社区和阿底社区没有潜力。Rural construction land consolidation is one of the important contents of rural land consolidation in China.Thus,taking Kunming Airport Economic Zone as an example,this study uses the standard method of per capita rural residential construction land and multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the theoretical potential of rural construction land consolidation by constructing restrictive correction coefficients including social,economic,land use conditions and other factors.The results show that:(1) there are many rural residential areas in Kunming Airport Economic Zone,and the per capita construction land area in rural areas is 385.87 m2,which exceeds the national standard(150 m^2 per person) and has great potential for consolidation;(2)the theoretical potential of rural construction land consolidation in Kunming Airport Economic Zone is 382.22 hm^2,Xichong community has the greatest theoretical potential with a scale of 71.06 hm^2.Dabanqiao community and Adi community have no potential.
