摘 要:目的探讨深圳市罗湖区2018年流行性感冒(流感)流行季节罗湖区儿童感染状况,为本地区流感疫情提供科学参考依据。方法回顾性分析2018年1-12月在罗湖区妇幼保健院就诊的流感样病例7677例,本研究进一步分析了甲、乙型流感阳性组和阴性组两组间CRP和血常规结果,多因素分析用非条件logistic回归模型分析,采用SPSS20.0软件分析。结果甲乙型流感在年龄和性别均有统计学意义,甲型流感男性检出率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=19.569,P<0.0001),乙型流感男性检出率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=17.253,P<0.0001);②甲型流感在3~6岁组患病率高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=257.147,P<0.0001),乙型流感在3~6和6~14岁组患病率高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=185.316,P<0.0001);③C反应蛋白、淋巴细胞绝对值、单核细胞绝对值、中性粒细胞绝对值数对甲型病毒阳性显著相关,MO#为预测甲型流感病毒阳性的独立预测因子,同理分析,仅CRP对乙型病毒阳性显著相关。结论了解深圳市罗湖区流行性感冒(流感)的流行特征,为甲、乙型流感的诊断、治疗及疫情监测提供一定的科学参考依据。Objective To explore the infection status of children in Luohu District during the 2018 influenza(flu)epidemic season in Luohu District,Shenzhen,and provide scientific reference for influenza epidemics in the region.Methods A retrospective analysis of 7677 cases of influenza-like cases in the Luohu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018,this study further analyzed the CRP and blood routine results between the A and B influenza positive and negative groups.Multivariate analysis was analyzed by unconditional logistic regression model and analyzed by SPSS20.0 software..Results Influenza A and B were statistically significant in both age and sex.The detection rate of influenza A males was higher than that of females,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=19.569,P<0.0001).The detection rate of male influenza B was higher than that of females.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=17.253,P<0.0001);the prevalence of influenza A in the 3-6 age group was high,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=257.147,P<0.0001),and influenza B was 3-The prevalence of 6 and 6-14 years old group was high,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=185.316,P<0.0001);C-reactive protein,absolute lymphocyte value,absolute value of monocyte,absolute number of neutrophils A virus positive was significantly associated,MO#was an independent predictor of influenza A virus positive,and similarly,only CRP was significantly associated with positive B virus.Conclusion Understand the epidemic characteristics of influenza(flu)in Luohu District,Shenzhen,and provide a scientific reference for the diagnosis,treatment and epidemic monitoring of influenza A and B.
