血清胆红素水平在预测非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征患者肌钙蛋白阳性中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血清胆红素水平在非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征中的临床应用价值。方法选取2015年9月至2018年5月期间本院收治的356例急性胸痛患者,基于是否肌钙蛋白指标阳性的检查结果将患者分成2组,观察组为肌钙蛋白指标阳性的非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征急性胸痛患者共175例,肌钙蛋白指标阴性急性胸痛患者为对照组共181例。结果直接胆红素水平(观察组:0.30±0.36 mg/dL,对照组:0.19±0.24 mg/dL,P<0.01)和总胆红素水平(观察组:0.77±0.56 mg/dL,对照组:0.61±0.44 mg/dL,P<0.01),观察组指标显著高于对照组。血清胆红素水平与入院肌钙蛋白指标值之间呈一定正相关性(总胆红素水平:r=0.33,P<0.01;直接胆红素水平:r=0.41,P<0.01)。结论本研究结果表明血清胆红素水平与非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征患者的肌钙蛋白阳性水平具有一定相关性。Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum bilirubin in non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome.Methods A total of 356 patients with acute chest pain who were admitted to our hospital during the period from September 2015 to May 2018 were selected and divided into 2 groups based on whether or not troponin was positive.The observation group was non-ST with positive troponin.A total of 175 patients with acute chest pain with acute coronary syndrome were elevated,and 181 patients with troponin negative acute chest pain were included in the control group.Results Direct bilirubin levels(observed group:0.30(0.36 mg/dL,control group:0.19(0.24 mg/dL,P<0.01)and total bilirubin level(observed group:0.77(0.56 mg/dL,control Group:0.61(0.44 mg/dL,P<0.01),the index in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,there was a positive correlation between serum bilirubin level and the hospital troponin index value(total bilirubin level:r=0.33,P<0.01;direct bilirubin levels:r=0.41,P<0.01.Conclusion The results of this study indicate that serum bilirubin levels are positive for troponin in patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndromes Level has a certain relevance.
