摘  要:以异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和马来酸酐为原料,经酯化反应合成异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚马来酸酯.以活性炭负载磷钨酸为催化剂,考察催化剂负载量、催化剂用量、物料摩尔比、反应时间及温度对酯化反应的影响,确定了较为适宜的反应条件:PW 12/C的负载量为30.7%(质量分数),用量为原料总质量的3%,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚与马来酸酐的摩尔比为2∶1.05,反应温度为150℃,反应时间为6 h.在此条件下,酯化产物的酯化率为87.1%.利用FT-IR、XRD、SEM对活性炭负载磷钨酸结构进行了表征.对酯化产物进行了分离和提纯,利用FT-IR对产物结构进行了表征.In this paper,isotridecanol polyoxyethylene ether maleic acid ester was synthesized by esterification reaction with isotridecanol polyoxyethylene ether and maleic anhydride as raw materials,which was catalyzed by activated carbon supported phosphotungstic acid.The effects of catalyst loading,catalyst dosage,material molar ratio,reaction time and temperature on esterification were investigated.The suitable reaction conditions were determined.The loading amount of PW12/C was 30.7%,the dosage was 3%of the total mass of raw materials,the mole ratio of isotridecanol polyoxyethylene ether to maleic anhydride was 2∶1.05,the reaction temperature was 150℃,and the reaction time was 6 h.Under this conditions,the esterification rate of the diesterified product was 87.1%.Activated carbon supported phosphotungstic acid was characterized by FT-IR,XRD and SEM.The esterification products were separated and purified and its structure was characterized by FT-IR.
