从“湿”论治糖尿病周围神经病变1例

摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病常见慢性并发症,既往医家多认为此病病机为气滞血瘀。我们从临床实际出发,认为现代人嗜食肥甘厚味,易生湿邪,“湿”实为糖尿病周围神经病变重要病机。根据此病机,我们采用健脾祛湿、淡渗利湿、清热燥湿等除湿方法治疗湿邪壅滞所导致的糖尿病周围神经病变患者1例。该疗法可有效缓解肢体麻木、疼痛、感觉异常等症状,减轻患者痛苦,提高其生活质量,临床效果显著。该案例提示:临床诊治糖尿病周围神经病变患者,切不可忽略湿邪这个重要病机,经验值得临床借鉴。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is a common chronic complication of diabetes mellitus.Previous physicians believed that the pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is qi stagnation and blood stasis.From the reality of clinic,we believe that modern people are fond of eating fat and sweet,easy to produce dampness evil,and“dampness”is an important pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.According to this pathogenesis,we treat one case of diabetic peripheral neuropathy caused by dampness obstruction by invigorating the spleen and dispelling dampness,diffusing dampness,clearing away heat and drying dampness.This therapy can effectively relieve the symptoms of numbness,pain and abnormal sensation of limbs,alleviate the pain of patients and improve their quality of life.The clinical effect is remarkable.This case suggests that dampness pathogenesis should not be neglected in clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which is worthy of clinical reference.
