摘　　要：研究了聚苯乙烯微发泡成型的原理,影响微发泡成型稳定的设备因素,针对单螺杆挤出机的驱动方式、传动方式、温度控制、螺杆结构、口模以及配套辅机进行了优化设计。In this paper,the principle of polystyrene microcellular foaming and the equipment factors affecting the stability of microcellular foaming are studied.The driving mode,transmission mode,temperature control,screw structure,die and auxiliary machine of single screw extruder are optimized.
