协同共治：城市化过程中高校参与社区文化建设探索——基于阜阳市的考察

摘　　要：提升社区文化建设水平是城市化发展的题中之义.在社区文化创建实施过程中,存在观念滞后、资金短缺、基础设施不完善、专业建设人员缺乏等阶段性问题.社区文化创建模式多种多样,其中校地结合的协同共治模式具有一定的优势,通过对国内高校参与社区文化建设实践的比较分析,提出通过协同共治模式,积极发挥高校参与社区文化创建的作用,并提出政府、高校、社区三方协作的具体实施路径.Improving the level of community culture construction is necessary for urbanization.In the process of creating and implementing community culture,there are some problems such as lagging concepts,shortage of funds,imperfect infrastructure,and lack of professional construction personnel.There are many different modes of community culture creation.Among them,the synergy mode of campus has certain advantages.Through a comparative analysis of domestic colleges and universities participating in community culture construction practice,it is proposed that colleges and universities play active roles in participating in community culture through the collaborative and co-govemance model,and the implementation path for tripartite co-operation among government,university and community is put forward.
