氟啶虫酰胺对家蚕的毒性测定

摘　　要：10%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂对家蚕3龄起蚕的急性食下毒性(LC50)为10.2146 mg/L,对家蚕具有高毒性。10%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂500倍、1000倍和2000倍液喷洒桑叶后,残毒期分别为9 d、7 d和3 d。10%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂500倍液喷洒桑叶后,有轻微的向上传导毒性。氟啶虫酰胺对家蚕的中毒症状主要表现为拒食、静伏或侧倒、蚕体较软、体躯伸长等,毒性反应较为迟缓。The acute food toxicity(LC50)of 10% flonicamid water dispersible granule to newly exuviated silkworm larvae at the third instar was 10.2146 mg/L,which was highly toxic to silkworm larvae.After spraying mulberry leaves with 500,1000 and 2000 times of 10% flonicamid water dispersible granule,the residual toxicity period was 9 d,7 d and 3 d respectively.If spraying 500 times of 10% flonicamid water dispersible granule on mulberry leaves,it had slight upward conduction toxicity.The toxic symptoms of flonicamid to silkworm are mainly refusal to eat,static lodging or side lodging,soft body and elongated body.The toxic reaction is relatively slow.
