摘　　要：针对如何将浸没式超滤膜工艺应用于老水厂改造、如何通过PLC系统来控制相对复杂的膜系统,以修水罗桥水厂为研究对象,研究控制系统的总体架构,超滤膜控制系统应具有的功能,并对所选的PLC、上位机、触摸屏等进行编程调试,本PLC控制系统的功能设计对其他膜处理系统有一定的参考意义。In view of how to apply the SMF technology to the reconstruction of the old water plant and how to control the relatively complex membrane system through PLC system,this paper takes xiushuiluoqiao water plant as the research object,studies the overall structure of the control system,the functions that the SFM system should have,and programs and debugs the selected PLC,upper computer,touch screen,etc.the function design of the PLC control system is for other functions Membrane treatment system has certain reference significance.
