摘　　要：目的探讨非侵袭性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床特征及疗效。方法回顾分析34例非侵袭性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的临床表现、诊断和治疗效果。结果 34例患者术后随访1-4年,无复发,无手术并发症发生。结论鼻内镜手术是治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的重要手段。Objective To investigate the clinical features and efficacy of non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis.Methods The clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of 34 patients with non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis were retrospectively analyzed.Results No recurrence and no operative complications occurred in 34 patients followed for 1-4 years.Conclusion Endoscopic surgery is an important method for the treatment of non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis.
