儿童脓疱疮患者血清免疫球蛋白和补体检测与临床意义分析

摘　　要：目的分析免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM和补体C3、C4等免疫指标在儿童脓疱疮患者中的变化与临床意义。方法对85例儿童脓疱疮患者进行血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM以及补体C3、C4测定,同时以45例健康儿童作为正常对照组。结果儿童脓疱疮患者血清IgG、IgA与补体C3水平低于正常对照组(P<0.01),血清IgM、C4水平与正常对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。大疱性脓疱病患者与寻常性脓疱病患者两组比较IgG、IgA、IgM和补体C3、C4均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论儿童脓疱疮患者存在体液免疫功能的紊乱,免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM和补体C3、C4检测可以了解儿童脓疱疮患者体内免疫功能状况。Objective To analyze the changes and clinical significance of immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgM and complement C3,C4 in children with impetigo.Methods Serum IgG,IgA,IgM,complement C3 and C4 were measured in 85 children with impetigo,and 45 healthy children were taken as normal control group.Results The levels of serum IgG,IgA and complement C3 in children with impetigo were lower than those in normal control group(P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the levels of serum IgM and C4 between children with impetigo and normal control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in Ig G,IgA,IgM,complement C3,C4 between impetigo bullosa patients and impetigo vulgaris patients(P >0.05).Conclusion Children with impetigo have humoral immune dysfunction,immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgM and complement C3,C4 detection can understand the status of immune function in children with impetigo.
