摘 要:为了给矿山企业提供资源技术开发依据,对某白钨矿脱硫产品进行了综合回收铅、锑、锌选矿试验。试验结果表明采用铅锑锌优先浮选流程,在磨矿细度-74μm 85%的条件下,铅粗选以丁铵黑药为捕收剂,少量石灰和硫酸锌为抑制剂,硝酸铅为活化剂;锌粗选以石灰为硫铁矿抑制剂及pH值调整剂,硫酸铜为活化剂,MB为捕收剂;铅经1粗1扫3精,锌经1粗1扫3精,闭路试验在低碱度条件下,采用铅、锑混浮—锌优先浮选工艺流程,获得了铅锑精矿铅精矿品位34.56%、含锑12.69%、铅回收率72.54%、锑回收率56.25%、含银3987 g/t、银回收率74.43%,锌精矿品位45.23%,锌回收率82.16%的技术指标;银在铅锑锌精矿中的总回收率达80.00%。In order to provide resource technology development basis for mining enterprises,a comprehensive recovery of lead antimonium and zinc was studied on a desulfuration products of scheelite.The results showed that under the conditions of grinding fineness of-74μm 85%,lead rough flotation with butylamine as the collector,with a small amount of lime and zinc sulfate as inhibitors,and lead nitrate as the activator.Zinc rough flotation with lime as pyrite inhibitor and pH adjuster,copper sulfate as activator,MB as collector,lead via one roughing three cleaning one scavenging process,lead via one roughing three cleaning one scavenging process,closed circuit tests under low alkalinity conditions.Using lead-antimony mixed flotation-zinc priority flotation process,lead-antimony concentrate with lead grade 34.56%,containing antimony 12.69%,lead recovery rate 72.54%,antimony recovery rate 56.25%,lead-antimony concentrate containing silver 3987 g/t,silver recovery rate 74.43%,zinc concentrate grade 45.23%,zinc recovery rate 82.16%.The total recovery rate of silver in lead,antimony,zinc concentrate was 80.00%.
