摘 要:结合某铁矿矿体赋存条件及松软破碎的特性,通过调研分析-200m水平采准巷道地压活动现象,提出了无底柱分段崩落法上盘联巷回采巷道辅以逐分段下盘短回采巷道残矿回收方案,分段运输巷道沿矿体走向布置于矿体上盘围岩中,回采巷道垂直于矿体走向方向布置,自下盘向上盘方向退采。结果表明,几个分段综合回采率(扣除废石)达到83.30%,提出的方案能够适应该矿破碎倾斜难采矿体条件,解决了采准巷道受地压破坏难题,取得了较好的回采指标,实现了安全高效开采。Combining with the occurrence conditions of an iron orebody and the characteristics of soft crushing,through investigation and analysis of ground pressure activity in a horizontal mining roadway of-200 m,a scheme of recovering small section of residual ore in downside slope roadway supplemented by side-wall roadway in sublevel caving without pillars is put forward.The sublevel transportation roadway is arranged in the surrounding rock of the upper wall along the direction of the orebody,and the roadway is arranged vertically along the direction of the orebody,and from the downside direction.The upper wheel direction is withdrawn.The study results show that the proposed scheme can adapt to the conditions of fractured and inclined hard-to-mine orebody,solve the problem of ground pressure damage of quasi-mining roadway,obtain better mining index,and achieve safe and efficient mining.
