摘 要:梅山铁矿L3-4 S6-S9区域处于矿岩交接处,节理裂隙发育,矿岩稳固性较差。该部位上部分段的回采一直存在困难,大量矿石未充分回收,留存于采场内。为了顺利完成该矿岩交接部位的回采工作,以及充分回收上部分段部分残留矿量,梅山铁矿进行了诱导冒落回采技术试验,分析了覆岩冒落冲击和巷道失稳破坏2个危险源,确定了巷道失稳破坏为主要安全隐患;通过FLAC3D模拟分析,发现在加密巷道上方存在大量塑性破坏,根据矿山现有条件及以往支护经验,设计了喷锚网联合支护方案,对于试验采场破碎严重和使用周期较长的巷道,也采用喷锚网联合支护,并对-318 m分段进行分区支护,支护措施能够较好地解决巷道失稳问题。The L3-4 S6-S9 area of Meishan Iron Mine is at the junction of the ore,the joint fissures are developed,and the stability of the ore is poor.There has been difficulty in the recovery of the upper section of this part,and a large amount of minerals have not been fully recovered and remain in the stope.In order to successfully complete the mining work of the ore rock transfer site and fully recover the residual ore content in the upper segment,the mine carried out the experimental study on the induced fallback mining technology.Two dangerous sources of overburden impact and roadway instability and damage are analyzed,and the instability of roadway is determined as the main safety hazard.Through FLAC3D simulation analysis,it show that there is a large amount of plastic damage above the encrypted roadway,according to the existing conditions and previous support experience,the combined support of spray anchor network was designed.For the roadway with severe breakage and long service life,the joint support of scheme of spray anchor network was adopted,besides that,the partition support for the-318 m level is used.The study results further show that proposed support measures can better solve the problem of roadway instability.
