摘　　要：针对马钢1720线冷轧废水中的乳化液废水(包括含油废水)、电解脱脂机组废水、酸性废水存在现有污水处理设施无法满足GB 13456—2012排放标准要求的问题,设计了乳化液废水、电解脱脂机组废水、酸性废水预处理工艺,使其废水经过预处理后满足进入生化系统的要求。The sewage treatment facitilities of emulsified wastewater(including oily wastewater),the electrolytic degreasing unit,the waste water and acid waste water in the 1720 line of Masteel cannot meet the requirement of GB 13456-2012 discharage standard,aiming at the problem,the pretreatment process of emulsified wastewater,electrolytic degreasing unit wastewater and acidic wastewater was designed,so as to make the wastewater after pretreatment can meet the requirements of entering the biochemical system.
