摘 要:矿仓的粘壁、棚料堵塞破坏了选矿的连续性,影响着企业的正常生产,是困扰各类矿山的普遍难题。针对传统的人工捅捣、高压水枪冲洗、安装振动器、人工进仓清理等方法现场作业环境恶劣、劳动强度大、效率低、安全隐患大的缺陷,以马钢张庄矿业选矿厂粉矿仓及其斜溜槽为例,通过对其主要堵塞原因的分析,结合选厂治理矿仓堵塞的尝试,提出了新型气动助流清仓方案,并对技术应用过程及其效果进行了阐述。应用效果表明,该技术可有效清除物料粘壁、棚料,提高矿仓的有效容积,确保下料通畅,消除了人工清仓的安全隐患,保证了矿仓的正常生产。为各类矿山类似问题的解决提供了经验,具有广泛的应用前景。The sticky wall and shed materials blockage of ore bin destroy the continuity of ore dressing and affect the normal production of enterprises,which is a common problem puzzling all kinds of mines.Traditional manual tamping,high-pressure water gun flushing,installation of vibrators,manual ore bin cleaning and other methods have poor working environment,high labor intensity,low efficiency,and high security risks.Aiming at the shortage of traditional methods,this paper takes the fine ore bin and inclined chute of MaSteel Zhangzhuang iron-mine as an example.The application process and effect of the scheme are also expounded.The application results show that the technology can effectively remove the sticky wall and shed material,improve the effective volume of the ore bin,ensure the smooth discharge,eliminate the hidden danger of manual clearance,and ensure the normal production of the ore bin.It provides successful experience for solving similar problems in iron and steel,coal,cement and other industries,and has broad application prospects.It provides successful experience for solving similar problems in mining,coal,steel and other industries,Which has broad application prospects.
