摘  要:炉前测宽仪为后续宽度校核和宽度控制提供关键数据。针对2250热轧板厂炉前测宽仪检测精度低的问题,通过仪表辅助光源备件更换、宽度冷热值转换系数优化及温度采用值优化3个方面的工作,对炉前测宽仪进行整改与优化,使得宽度测量值偏差和长度测量偏差在允许偏差范围内的命中率均达到96%以上。大大提升了仪表的检测精度,进而满足后续工序功能应用的精度要求,对生产实际具有积极的现实意义。The width gauge before the reheating furnace provides the key data for subsequent width checking and width control. Aiming at the problem of low detection accuracy of the width gauge for the 2250 hot strip mill,improvement and optimization of the width gauge were implemented through the work of replacing spare parts of auxiliary light source of the gauge, optimizing the conversion coefficient of width cold-calorific value and the temperature adoption value, and, so that the hit target rate of width and length measuring deviation within the allowable deviation range is more than 96%. It greatly improves the detection accuracy of the instrument, and then meets the accuracy requirements of the follow-up processes function application, which has a positive practical significance for production practice.
