摘　　要：针对冷轧板汽车冲压件出现的开裂和裂纹现象,从板材力学性能、材质、冲压工艺方面进行了原因分析,对板材的材质、生产工艺、冲压件冲压成形工艺等方面提出了预防冲压开裂的措施。The reasons of crack and cracking of cold rolled sheet automobile stamping parts are analyzed from the aspects of mechanical properties, material quality and stamping technology, and the measures to prevent stamping from cracking in the aspects of sheet material quality, production technology and stamping forming technology are put forward.
