摘　　要：推动粤港澳大湾区内各城市产业转型升级是增强其发展竞争力的重要途径。构建了多维产业结构升级指标,考察2008年以来粤港澳大湾区各城市产业结构转型升级进程的差异,归纳出引领型、非平衡型、滞后型三种产业结构升级模式,在此基础上分析各城市产业结构升级的经济绩效。粤港澳大湾区朝着“经济服务化”转型升级的同时,要预防“去工业化”趋势,在制造业转型升级过程中,一方面,应鼓励制造业实力雄厚的城市加大对先进制造业、高技术制造业的发展力度;另一方面,应引导制造业发展水平较低的城市加快传统制造业的转型升级,提升大湾区制造业的竞争力。同时,根据生产性服务行业的经济绩效差异以及本地区制造业的需求,合理调整其重点发展的生产性服务行业,构建粤港澳大湾区具有国际竞争力的现代产业体系。Promoting the industrial transformation and upgrading of cities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is an important way to enhance their development competitiveness.Constructing the multidimensional industrial structure upgrading index,examining the differences in the industrial structure transformation and upgrading process of the cities in the Greater Bay Area since 2008,three industrial structure upgrading models of leading,unbalanced,and lagging are summarized,and based on this,the economic performance of industrial structure upgrading in each city is analyzed.While cities in the Greater Bay Area are moving towards"Service economy",the trend of"De-industrialization"should be prevented.On one hand,cities with strong manufacturing strength should be encouraged to increase the development of advanced manufacturing and high-tech manufacturing industries.On the other hand,cities with low levels of manufacturing development should be guided to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industries.These measures are conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of manufacturing in the entire region.At the same time,according to the differences in economic performance of the producer service industry and the needs of the manufacturing industry in the region,the cities should rationally adjust their key development service industries and construct a modern industrial system with international competitiveness in the Greater Bay Area.
