摘　　要：目的:探讨不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀钙片对高龄急性心肌梗死患者血清炎性因子、血脂水平的影响及不良反应的发生率。方法:根据应用瑞舒伐他汀剂量的不同将60例高龄急性心肌梗死患者分为常规治疗组(对照组)和强化治疗组(试验组),每组30例,比较两组间血清炎性因子、血脂水平的变化。结果:显示两组治疗前的血脂水平及血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后1个月,试验组的血脂及血清炎性因子水平较对照组均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组的不良反应发生率稍高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高龄急性心肌梗死患者短期内应用高剂量瑞舒伐他汀强化治疗可明显降低血脂水平和炎性因子水平,总体治疗效果较好,且安全性好。Objective To investigate the effects of different doses of rosuvastatin calcium tablets on serum inflammatory factors and blood lipid levels in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction and the incidence of adverse reactions.Method According to the different doses of rosuvastatin,60 patients with acute myocardial infarction were divided into the conventional treatment group(control group)and the intensive treatment group(experimental group),30 cases in each group.The serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results Changes in blood lipid levels.The results showed that the blood lipid levels and serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-9),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and interleukin-6(IL-6)were measured before treatment.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the levels of serum lipids and serum inflammatory factors in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Intensive treatment with high-dose rosuvastatin in the elderly with acute myocardial infarction can significantly reduce blood lipid levels and inflammatory factors,and the overall treatment effect is better and the safety is good.
