摘  要:目的:探讨通过对比体外受精(IVF)周期中男方平日精液质量与取卵日精液质量的差异以及IVF的妊娠率、活产率,探究男方平日精液质量和取卵日精液的质量能否作为预估IVF妊娠结局的参考指标。方法:选择200对IVF夫妻,分为四组(每组50例),A组男方平日精液正常取卵日亦正常,B组男方平日精液正常取卵日异常,C组男方平日精液有波动取卵日精液异常,D组男方平日精液有波动取卵日精液正常,对比四组精子前向运动精子率、精子浓度、精液体积、IVF的妊娠率及活产率。结果:A组妊娠结局最佳;B组、D组的妊娠结局类似但较A组低,而D组的妊娠结局最差。结论:平日精液正常稳定的患者,无论取卵日的精液是否正常,其IVF的妊娠结局均较理想,而平日精液不稳定的患者,取卵日精液是否正常其IVF的妊娠结局有明显差异。Objective To explore whether the quality of men′s daily semen and the quality of sperm on the day of oviposition can be used as a reference index for predicting the pregnancy outcome of IVF by comparing the difference between men′s daily semen quality and the quality of sperm on the day of oviposition and the pregnancy rate and live birth rate of IVF.Method 200 IVF couples were selected and divided into four groups(50 cases in each group).Group A had normal day for sperm collection,group B and group D had normal day for sperm collection,group C had abnormal day for sperm collection,and group D had positive day for sperm collection.Normally,the sperm motility rate,sperm concentration,semen volume,IVF pregnancy rate and live birth rate were compared among the four groups.Results Group A had the best pregnancy outcome;Group B and group D had similar but lower pregnancy outcome than Group A,while Group D had the worst pregnancy outcome.Conclusion Pregnancy outcomes of IVF in patients with normal and stable semen on weekdays are ideal regardless of whether the semen is normal or not on the day of oocyte retrieval.There are significant differences in pregnancy outcomes of IVF in patients with unstable semen on weekdays.
