摘  要:主要介绍了家电功率温升测控系统的总体设计方案、数据采集模块、上下位机主程序、通信模块配置等。通过对系统的实际运行情况进行分析,能够直观地查看样品内部温升检测点变化记录和趋势。本系统开发快捷、检测精度高,具有良好的扩展性和稳定性,极大地解决了日常测试工作中的难题,能生成并导出各种图表,也可根据测试标准和项目的变化进行拓展,提高了测试效率,缩短了检测流程。The overall design scheme,data acquisition module,main program of upper and lower computer and configuration of communication module of the power temperature rise measurement and control system of household appliances were introduced.By displaying the actual operation of the system,the change records and trends of temperature rise detection points in the sample could be intuitively viewed.The results show that the system is fast in development,high in detection accuracy,good in expansibility and stability,which greatly solves the problems in daily testing work,can generate and derive various charts,and can also be expanded according to the changes of testing standards and items,thus improve the testing efficiency and shorten the testing process.
