摘 要:管道内检测是保障油气管道运输安全的重要预控手段,可对管道缺陷及损伤进行定性及定量分析。围绕管道内检测方法中的管道漏磁、管道超声波及管道涡流等3种主要方法进行综述分析,对每种主要方法从检测模型、检测方法以及主要应用方面作详尽剖析,阐述了主要管道内检测方法在检测模型、检测方法和主要应用方面与国外内检测研究相比存在检测精度不高等现状,着重分析了管道内检测主要方法的缺陷位置判别等能力范围和局限性。为进一步加强中国管道内检测理论研究和改善管道内检测装置综合性能,指出未来管道内检测方法向着集成内检测方法发展的趋势。As pipeline internal inspection can detect defects and damages of pipelines by using qualitative or quantitative analysis,this method has become a major precontrol approach in ensuring safety of pipeline transportation for oil and gas.This paper mainly summaries three strategies:pipeline magnetic flux leakage,pipeline ultrasonic,and pipeline eddy current.For each strategy,its model,detection steps,and applications are introduced in detail.According to current situations that compared with foreign detection studies,there is a low status of inspection accuracy in China.This paper focuses on analyses of scope and limitation of detection on defected locations of pipelines.In order to further study the theoretical research of pipeline internal inspection and improve performances of inspection equipments,development trends of inspection methods for pipelines should towards integrated detection methods.
