FA231A梳棉机增加固定盖板的效果分析

摘　　要：介绍FA231A梳棉机在加工机采棉时存在的问题,实践中通过增加前后固定盖板在FA231A梳棉机进行试验,分析增加前后固定盖板对机采棉生条棉结杂质的改善情况以及对落棉质量、成纱指标的影响。通过跟踪试验发现:增加前后固定盖板和后棉网清洁器对各项指标的改善都有较大提升;尤其是对盖板花状态的改善特别明显。实践证明通过增加前后固定盖板并配合合理的工艺优化能够取得很好的效果。The problems of FA231 A carding machine when processing machine-harvested cotton were analyzed. The results of adding more front and back fixed flats to the carding machine when processing machine-harvested cotton were tested. It was found that more front and back fixed flats and back web cleaners would remarkably reduce the number of nep and impurity of the sliver and improve the quality of noil and yarn,especially the state of flat strips.
