高效液相色谱法测定苯甲醛-2,4-二磺酸钠的含量

摘　　要：介绍一种测定苯甲醛-2,4-二磺酸钠含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇/pH为3的磷酸二氢钾溶液=20/80 (V/V)为流动相,紫外检测波长254 nm,苯甲醛-2,4-二磺酸钠的进样质量浓度在10~320μg/m L范围内,峰面积与样品质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为r=0. 9994,相对标准偏差为0. 23%,回收率为96. 13%~100. 23%。A high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) analytical method of Benzaldehyde-2,4-disulfonic acid disodium salt was developed with C18 chromatographic column. Methnol/potassium dihydrogen phosphate( 20/80) was the mobile phase and the PH value was adjusted to 3 by phosphorie acid. The UV detection wavelength was 254 nm. The sample concentration of benzaldehyde-2,4-disulfonic acid disodium salt ranged from 10 to 320 μg/m L. It was found that the peak area had a good linear relationship with the concentration of the sample( r = 0. 9994). the RSD was 0. 23 % and the recoveries ranged from 96. 13% to 100. 23%.
