白屈菜对大鼠软组织损伤中炎性因子1L-1β的影响

摘　　要：为研究满药白屈菜对大鼠急性软组织损伤模型中炎性因子1L-1β的影响,探究白屈菜对急性软组织损伤的治疗机制,选取48只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为4个大组,即实验组(白屈菜组)、药物对照组(扶他林组)、模型对照组、空白对照组。采取打击法造模,并在造模成功后1 h开始敷药,于第1、3、7、10 d采用酶联免疫法检测损伤组织中1L-1β的浓度。结果显示大鼠损伤肌肉组织中1L-1β、软组织损伤证候指数评分在造模后第3 d达到高峰。在造模后第3、7 d,白屈菜组、扶他林组低于模型对照组,而白屈菜组与扶他林组无显著性差异。因此,白屈菜能够抑制大鼠急性软组织损伤后组织释放IL-1β,可以有效缓解损伤局部组织炎症反应,对治疗急性软组织损伤有一定疗效。The effect of Chelidonium majus on the inflammatory factor 1 L-1β in the rats with acute soft tissue injury and therapeutic mechanism of it on soft tissue injury were studied. 48 male SD rats were divided into four groups randomly of experimental group( Chelidonium majus group),drug control group( voltaren group),model control group and blank control group. The medicine was applied 1 hour after the injury syndrome. The concentration of 1 L-1β in injury tissues was detected by ELISA on day 1,3,7 and 10 after the application. The results showed that 1 L-1β and injury syndrome index score in rat muscle tissue reaches its peak in 3 days after modeling,in day 3 and day 7 after modeling,Chelidonium majus group and voltaren group were lower than the model control group,whereas Chelidonium majus group and voltaren group has no significant difference. Therefore,that Chelidonium majus can control the release of 1 L-1β in tissues after acute soft tissue injury in rats,which can effectively relieve the inflammatory reaction in local tissues after injury and has certain therapeutic effect on acute soft tissue injury.
