摘 要:将4种不同厚重的无纺衬和针织衬与丝质针织物粘合,分别测试不同温度粘衬时的纵横向热缩率值。测试结果发现丝质针织物与衬粘合时,热缩率与粘衬温度、衬的类型和衬的面密度有关。因此制作丝质针织物服装时,为保证尺寸的稳定,需要粘衬工艺,而且不宜选择面密度为120 g/m2的针织衬。Four kinds of non-woven and knitted linings with different thicknesses were bonded to silk knitted fabrics,the longitudinal and transverse thermal shrinkage values of the lining at different temperatures were tested.It was found that the shrinkage of silk knitted fabrics was related to the bonding temperature,the type of lining and the surface density of lining. It is concluded that when making silk knitted clothing,in order to ensure the size stability,it is necessary to stick the lining process,and it is not suitable to choose the knitting lining with surface density of 120 g/m^2.
