摘　　要：目的探讨交接班核查表在ICU床边护理交接班中的应用。方法有目的地抽取已接受ICU上岗培训的30名护士,对其在应用交接班核查表前后的交接班情况进行评分。结果护士运用交接班核查表进行床边护理交接班后,在患者基本情况、气道管理、循环监测、导管护理、基础护理、安全措施等方面的比较均有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论交接班核查表在ICU护士床边护理交接班中起了较积极的作用,能起到方便交接班,减少交接班遗漏等不良事件的发生,提高了工作效率。Objective To explore the application of the handover checklist in the ICU bedside care handover class. Methods Thirty nurses who had received ICU induction training were purposefully selected for their assignments before and after applying the handover checklist. Results After the nurses used the shift checklist to carry out the bedside care handover, there were statistical differences in the basic conditions of the patients, airway management, circulation monitoring, catheter care, basic care, and safety measures(P<0.05). Conclusion The handover checklist has played a more active role in the ICU nurse bedside care handover class. It can facilitate the handover, reduce the occurrence of adverse events such as missed handovers, and improve work efficiency.
