再生骨料在不同搅拌方式下的破碎现象分析

摘　　要：在制备再生混凝土时,再生骨料在搅拌过程中会发生一定的破碎现象,影响再生混凝土的性能。本文通过设计实验,对比不同搅拌方式下,再生骨料的破碎情况,结果表明:再生骨料在双卧轴搅拌机中普通强制搅拌时破碎现象最明显,振动搅拌方式次之,行星搅拌机中行星搅拌方式最不明显。In the preparation of recycled concrete,the recycled aggregate will undergo a certain crushing phenomenon during the mixing process,which will affect the performance of recycled concrete.In this paper,through design experiments,the crushing of recycled aggregates under different mixing modes is compared.The results show that the crushing phenomenon is most obvious when the recycled aggregate is forcedly stirred in the twin-shaft mixer,followed by the vibration stirring method,and the planetary agitator in the planetary mixer.The way is the least obvious.
