摘 要:皮肤组织相关干细胞的增殖与分化受多种细胞信号通路的网络化调节,其关键性的信号通路尚未明确。Hippo信号通路最早发现于果蝇体内,在哺乳动物中Hippo信号通路主要调控组织细胞的增殖、分化及器官发育和再生。近年来也有研究提示,Hippo信号通路在皮肤组织的修复与再生以及某些皮肤相关性疾病方面也发挥重要作用。尤其是在肿瘤细胞的增殖与分化方面起着重要的调控作用,本文就Hippo信号通路与皮肤组织细胞修复的研究进展综述如下。The proliferation and differentiation of skin tissue-related stem cells are regulated by a variety of cellular signaling pathways,among which the key signaling pathways are not yet clear.Hippo signaling pathway was first found in Drosophila melanogaster.In mammals,Hippo signaling pathway mainly regulates the proliferation and differentiation of tissue cells and organ development and regeneration.Recent studies suggest that Hippo signaling pathway also plays an important role in skin tissue repair and regeneration and some skin-related diseases,especially in regulation of the proliferation and differentiation on cancer cells.
