摩擦焊技术在石油管材连接中的应用展望

摘　　要：介绍了摩擦焊方法及其技术特点,对摩擦焊在石油钻杆、抽油杆及油管制造和修复中的应用进行了回顾,并对摩擦焊技术在石油管材连接中的应用研究、特别是在输送管对接中的研究进展、以及在连续油管原料连接、特殊合金专用管材连接等方面的潜在应用进行了阐述。建议从石油管材的摩擦焊接可焊性、焊接工艺参数优化、异种金属焊接连接机理、焊接缺陷的无损检测技术、焊接质量控制规范以及适用于管材连接的新型焊接设备等方面开展研究工作,以开发石油管材新产品和拓展新性能。Characteristics of friction welding as well as its applications in manufacturing and repairing of drilling pipe,sucker rod and tubing were reviewed.Research progresses of several friction welding processes used in connecting of petroleum tubular goods,especially in girth welding of line pipes,were summarized.In addition,some potential applications of friction welding in strip end welding in coil tubing manufacturing,jointing of OCTG with non-ferrous metals were discussed.Finally,it is suggested that research on application of friction welding in jointing of petroleum tubular goods needs to be carried out,such as weldability,parameter optimization,joint mechanism between different metals,non-destructive inspection of weld joints,quality control specifications and design of novel suitable machines,etc.,to develop new tubular products and explore new performance.
