摘 要:为了降低产出剖面测井仪器清洗机的故障率,通过全面质量控制方法,经现状调查发现,湿式加热管腐蚀、烧坏、不绝缘是清洗机故障的症结问题,占到70%;由原因分析和要因验证可知,湿式加热方式与水质及空气潮湿是导致湿式加热管腐蚀、烧坏、不绝缘的要因。针对主要原因制定采用干式加热方式和安装排风扇两条解决对策进行实施,实施后效果检查结果表明干式加热方式和安装排风扇有效解决了清洗机加热管腐蚀、烧坏、不绝缘的问题,使清洗机故障率降到5%。In order to reduce the failure rate of production profile logging instrument cleaning machine,based on the total quality control method,through the survey of present situation,it was found that wet heating pipe corrosion,burn out and insulation failure are main faults of the cleaning machine,accounting for 70%.By the analysis of the causes and through verification,the wet water quality and water heating mode and air humidity is main factors resulting in wet heating pipe corrosion,burn out and insulation failure.According to the main causes,solutions of using dry heating and installation fans were conducted.The inspection results of implementation show that using dry heating and installing fans effectively solve the cleaning machine heating pipe corrosion,burn out and insulation failure problems,reducing the failure rate of cleaning machine to 5%.
