某型航空活塞发动机台架试车的滑油压力摆动故障分析

摘　　要：针对某型航空活塞发动机的滑油系统工作情况,对发动机台架试车中出现的滑油压力摆动和螺旋桨自动变距现象进行分析。分析结果表明,该故障现象主要由滑油泵组件、调速器工作状态和滑油油路异常引起,给出了该类故障飞行维护或翻修中的预防措施。In view of the operating condition of the lubricating system of an aero-piston engine,this paper analyzes the phenomena of oil pressure swing and automatic pitch change in propeller during engine bench test.The results show that the fault is mainly caused by the abnormal working condition of the oil pump assembly,the speed governor,and the lubricating oil circuit.The precautionary measures concerning operation maintenance or engine overhaul are also proposed.
