浅析CBA外援对CBA联赛和球队发展的利与弊

摘　　要：中国男子篮球职业联赛(China Basketball Association),简称(CBA),是中国最高级的篮球联赛。在引进外援的20多年过程中,在最开始阶段,篮协的目的是为了帮助球队赢球,正因如此,也决定了外援的存在,从最初的目的上来看,俱乐部只是单纯的想赢球和提高观赏性。但是外援的引进对于我们联赛跟球队的发展,对于中国篮球的发展,对球员的发展,其中的利与弊值得我们思考。本研究通过文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对CBA引进外援对CBA联赛和球队发展的利与弊,通过研究发现:引进外援加快了CBA国际化进程,为CBA联赛注入了新理念,提高了球队整体实力,提升了联赛整体竞技水平,增强了队员的竞争意识,提高了CBA联赛的观赏性。引进外援对CBA联赛也存在消极的一面,外援薪资过高,俱乐部经济负担过重;大幅度减少了本土球员锻炼机会,影响国内后备人才的培养,语言文化存在差异,不利于球队技战术水平的发挥;外援负面事件频发,对管理体制造成威胁;外援控制了比赛胜负。通过完善现有体制,增强行政管理;加强宣传,提高影响力;制定政策依据,加强管理监督;制定政策依据,加强管理监督,极大的发挥CBA外援的优势,破解存在的诟病。The Chinese men's basketball professional league(China Basketball Association),in short(CBA),is the top basketball league in China.In the 20 years'history of foreign players introduction,the simplest purpose of both the basketball association and the clubs is to help the team win games.However,the advantages and disadvantages of foreign players for teams,for Chinese basketball,and for the domestic players should be considered.This paper uses literature,investigation,mathematic statistics,and logic analysis methods to make relevant discussions.It is concluded that they had speed up the global process of the league,offered the league with new concept,promote the performance of the teams,enhanced the competitiveness of players,and improved the match level.Meanwhile,there are also some positive influences:their salary burdened the club;they reduced the on court time of domestic players;language and cultural difference limited team performance;their negative issues threated management;they also controlled the result of the game.Problems should be solved via perfecting the system,enhancing administrative management,strengthening propaganda,as well as establishing policies to enhance supervision.
