摘  要:【目的】利用从青稞根际筛选的3株联合固氮菌菌株制成菌肥,进行田间完全区组随机试验,研究其在减施化肥的条件下对黑青稞生长、产量和品质的影响,为黑青稞生产节肥减耗提供依据.【方法】于不同生育期测定黑青稞株高、主根长度、根体积、植株粗蛋白,并测量黑青稞籽粒产量、粗蛋白、有效磷、纤维素、K、Zn及粗脂肪含量.【结果】3种菌肥处理对黑青稞生长、产量和品质等均有不同程度的提高,其中菌肥BN-3促生效应最为显著,与空白对照(CK)相比,不同生育期对黑青稞株高增加了14.23%~39.72%,主根长度增加了12.64%~14.47%,根体积增加了50.5%~101.0%,秸秆粗蛋白含量增加了28.93%;籽粒锌含量增加了2.89%,粗脂肪含量降低66.02%,籽粒千粒重增加了7.30%,产量提高了74.76%.【结论】筛选得到的联合固氮菌肥BN-3增产性能较高,具备固氮微生物肥料推广的潜力.【Objective】Three strains of associative nitrogen-fixing bacteria screened from the rhizosphere of highland barley were used to make bacterial fertilizer,and the field completely randomized experiment was carried out to study the effect of fertilizer on the growth,yield and quality of highland barley under the condition of reducing chemical fertilizer application,so as to provide approaches for the production of black highland barley under the conditions of saving chemical fertilizer and reducing cost.【Method】The plant height,main root length,root volume,grain yield and the contents of crude protein,available phosphorus,cellulose,K,Zn and crude fat were measured at different growth stages.【Result】The growth performance,yield and quality of black highland barley were improved by 3 biofertilizers,and BN-3 was the best.Compared with CK,the plant height was increased by 14.23%%to 39.72%%,the main root length was increased by 12.64%to 14.47%,the root volume was increased by 50.5%to 101.0%,the crude protein content of straw was increased by 28.93%,the Zinc content was increased by 2.89%,the crude fat content was decreased by 66.02%,1000 grain weight was increased by 7.30%,yield was increased by 74.76%.【Conclusion】BN-3 showed a yield increasing ability and has the potential to be extended.
