摘 要:【目的】进行大黄游离蒽醌纳米乳的制备,初步探讨其对白粉病和红蜘蛛的防治效果.【方法】采用滴定法制备大黄游离蒽醌O/W型纳米乳,分析其理化性质和稳定性;通过田间对比试验研究了该纳米乳对温室辣椒白粉病和田间茄子红蜘蛛的防治效果.【结果】大黄游离蒽醌纳米乳中游离蒽醌的含量为(962.54±25.13)μg/mL,平均粒径为(25.37±0.55)nm,常温避光贮存较稳定.大黄游离蒽醌纳米乳100倍液处理辣椒白粉病后的相对防效为(82.44±0.75)%,对茄子红蜘蛛的防治效果为(99.64±0.51)%,分别高于15%三唑酮和0.05%生物苄呋菊酯800倍液的效果.【结论】大黄游离蒽醌纳米乳250倍稀释液的防治效果与对照药剂相当,对供试植物无负面影响,应用前景好.【Objective】To prepare rhubarb free anthraquinones loaded O/W nanoemulsion(RhA-NE)and to evaluate its control effects against powdery mildew and red spider.【Method】RhA-NE was prepared with aqueous titration method,and its physicochemical properties and stability were separately analyzed.Control experiments of RhA-NE on chilli pepper naturally infected with powdery mildew in green house and on eggplants infected with red spider mite in open field were performed,respectively.【Result】The content of rhubarb free anthraquinones in RhA-NE was(962.54±25.13)μg/mL.The MDS of the optimized RhA-NE was(25.37±0.55)nm.It was relatively stable as stored in dark place at ambient temperature.The control effects of RhA-NE with 100-fold dilution against powdery mildew and red spider are(82.44±0.75)%and(99.64±0.51)%,respectively.The control effects of RA-NE were higher than the positive control of 800-fold diluted 15%triadimefon and 0.05%bioresmethrin solutions,respectively.【Conclusion】RhA-NE with 250-fold dilution shows an inspiring application in the eco-agricultural field owing to its efficacy equal to positive control and its safety.
