摘 要:受海边潮湿和高盐环境的影响,奥氏体不锈钢焊接焊口合格率较低。为解决该技术问题,文中开展了超细晶粒奥氏体耐热不锈钢焊接工艺试验。围绕防止焊缝中产生气孔、裂纹和根部未熔合等缺陷,优化了焊接工艺参数,最终制定了一套完整的潮湿高盐地区奥氏体耐热不锈钢焊接工艺。Affected by the wet and high-salt environment on the seashore,qualified rate of austenitic stainless steel welded joints was low.In order to solve the technical problem,welding process tests of ultra-fine grain austenitic heat-resistant stainless steel were carried out in the paper.welding parameters were optimized to prevent defects such as porosity,cracks and root fusion in the weld,and finally a complete set of welding process of austenitic heat-resistant stainless steel in humid and high-salt areas was developed.
