摘 要:索氏体含量是衡量70钢盘条拉拔性能的重要指标,轧后控冷是其生产的关键工序。为研究轧后控冷工艺对其组织的影响,利用Gleeble3800热模拟机测定了试验用钢的临界转变温度并绘制静态CCT曲线。结果显示:当冷速从0.5℃/s增加到10℃/s时,索氏体含量逐渐增多,在冷速为10℃/s时达到最大值85.6%;但随着冷却速度继续加快,片层间距继续减小,并有马氏体组织出现。合理的冷却制度为:冷却速度控制在10~12℃/s,相变温度控制在560~620℃。Sorbite content is an important index to measure the performance of steel wires 70 in coil.Controlled cooling after rolling is the key process.Gleeble3800 thermal simulator was used to determine the critical transition temperature of experimental steel in order to study the effect of controlled cooling after rolling on the microstructure,and the CCT curve was mapped accordingly.The results show that the sorbite content increases with the cooling rate increasing from 0.5℃/s to 10℃/s,and the sorbite content increases,the maximum of 85.6%is obtained at the cooling rate of 10℃/s.The spacing of pearlite sheet decreases and the martensite appears while cooling rate is increasing.The phase transition temperature range of 560~620℃and the cooling rate between 10℃/s and 12℃/s are reasonable options.
