中澳矿山常用结构钢型号替代对比分析

摘　　要：对比了澳洲矿山常用澳标结构钢牌号250、300和国标结构钢牌号Q235B、Q345B,在化学成分、屈服强度、抗拉强度、断后延伸率和夏比冲击试验等方面的差异。根据澳洲矿山应用案例,给出了材料替代中的注意事项,为国标钢结构件进入澳大利亚矿区提供了技术支持。The chemical composition,yield strength,tensile strength,post-fracture elongation and Charpy impact tests on Australian structural steel grades 250,300 which are commonly used in Australian mines and Chinese structural steel grades Q235B and Q345B are conducted in order to compare the differences.According to the case of Australian mining industry applications,the concerns for the material substitution are given,which will provide technical support for Chinese structural steels entering Australian mining market.
